Watch the meter while you talk
The pacing meter moves as you speak. The point is to notice and adjust mid-sentence, which feels strange for about a minute and then becomes automatic.
Fix one thing per attempt
Your transcript marks filler words and long pauses. Pick one and only one to work on next attempt. Trying to fix everything at once fixes nothing.
