Pick a target role first
Paste a real job advert before you write anything. Everything the builder suggests is measured against it, so a generic start wastes the useful part.
Fill the gaps it finds
The gap list is a to-do list, not a criticism. It tells you what the role asks for that you have not evidenced yet — some of it you can write today, some you need to go and do.
Export
Export as PDF for sending and DOCX if someone asks for an editable copy. Both are plain on purpose so application systems can read them.
