You grant us and our processors a limited license to host, process, analyze, and display this content solely to provide, secure, personalize, and improve user engagement in the Services.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit content and to authorize our processing under these Terms.
We may process and store the following categories to run the Services: CV data, preferences, personal module inputs, voice recordings, transcripts, and model-derived cognitive or communication indicators, as well as profile details such as name, date of birth, gender, and related account data.
Personal information is used for service delivery and user engagement only. We do not sell or resell personal data.
The Services include automated and AI-assisted outputs. You acknowledge that generated results may be probabilistic, may contain errors, and should be reviewed before relying on them for important decisions. Unless explicitly stated, outputs are provided for training and informational purposes and do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, or employment advice.
Paid features may be offered under subscription, usage, or credit-based models. Pricing, included usage, renewal terms, and refund eligibility may be described in your applicable order form, plan, or in-product terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of access.
The Services, including software, design, branding, content, and associated intellectual property rights, are owned by MyThorneAI or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited license expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
The Services may rely on third-party tools, integrations, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party offerings outside our reasonable control. Third-party terms may apply to your use of those features.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay required fees, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions by nature survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity clauses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyThorneAI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyThorneAI and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction set out in your enterprise contract or, if no contract applies, the jurisdiction where MyThorneAI is organized, excluding conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve disputes through the competent courts in that jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.
