Supported browsers
Current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. Speech Coach and AI Interview need microphone access, so they will not run in a browser with media blocked at policy level.
Two settings IT usually has to change
Most school networks work out of the box. Two things trip people up.
- Allow microphone access for the MyThorneAI domain in your browser management policy.
- Allow WebSocket connections — live scoring uses them, and some filters block them by default.
