I own the platform end to end — the product surfaces students use, the infrastructure underneath, and the decisions about what we do not build.
The interesting problem here is not the AI. It is latency and trust: a student practising an interview will forgive a slightly worse answer, but they will not forgive waiting four seconds for it, and a teacher will not forgive a tool that loses their class.
I care a lot about the boring parts. Fast queries, small bundles, honest error messages.
