The role
You will work across the whole stack on the parts of MyThorneAI students use directly — Speech Coach, AI Interview, and the teacher dashboards that sit behind them. Features here start as a conversation with a teacher and end with you deploying them.
We are small enough that you will make architectural calls, and stable enough that you will live with them.
What we are looking for
You do not need every line of this, but most of it should feel familiar.
- Five or more years building production web applications.
- Strong TypeScript, and real depth in React and a Node framework.
- Comfortable designing relational schemas and the queries that hit them.
- You have shipped something with accessibility as a requirement, not a retrofit.
What the first ninety days look like
Week one you ship something small to production. By month three you own a surface area outright and are the person other people ask about it.
