The role
You will design the scenarios, rubrics and scaffolds behind every practice activity — the difference between an exercise a student abandons and one they repeat six times.
This is a writing and instructional design job with a research half: you will read the standards, then watch real students hit them.
What we are looking for
Classroom time matters more here than a design portfolio.
- Classroom experience, ideally in transition, CTE or special education.
- You have written curriculum somebody else successfully taught.
- Comfortable with evidence: you can tell a good study from a press release.
