Students pick a target role, or take the one the lesson sets. The question set adapts to it — a retail assistant and a lab technician do not get the same questions.

Questions come one at a time, spoken and written. Students answer out loud. They can re-record a single answer without restarting the whole interview.

Four dimensions: relevance, structure, specificity and delivery. Each one gets a score, the evidence behind it, and one concrete thing to change next time.
